The Milazzo family (Tony & Sarah and Ron & Cheryl) opened their first restaurant in Port Washington, WI in 1999. From the beginning, our organization has developed people from within into mentee partners. Our restaurant owners and operators all began their careers as team members and worked their way up to own their own Culver's restaurant.
