Paula has worked in long-term care for over 14 years. In 2021, Paula started a dementia training and consultation business. She has created a variety of training and engagement systems to enhance the care and quality of life for seniors and those living with dementia. Paula's dedication to healthcare stems from the personal impact caregivers and other professionals in the medical field had in caring for her grandmother, father, and three aunts who lived with dementia.
